In this deeply personal first episode, I share the story behind Soulful Stories with Steph—the truth I used to keep hidden, the healing that changed everything, and why I believe your story matters, no matter how messy or unfinished it feels.
I talk about my experience with childhood trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, and the years I spent in survival mode—numbing, people-pleasing, and searching for myself in all the wrong places. I also share why traditional talk therapy didn’t help me fully heal—and how energy work, nervous system regulation, and soul-based practices finally did.
